Welcome to our restaurant! Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions to make your visit a smooth and enjoyable one. We look forward to seeing you!

1. do you offer à la carte dishes?
No, we only serve a menu with 6 to 8 courses.

2. how long does a stay with you last?
A stay with us can last up to 4 hours.

3. are there special arrangements for larger groups?
Yes, a standard menu is served for groups of 6 or more.

4. is there a dress code?
There is no dress code directly. However, a visit to a gourmet restaurant is something special and we therefore ask you to dress appropriately. In order to be able to enjoy the aromas of the resin with all your senses, we would also like to ask you to wear your perfume discreetly or not at all.

5. how do I register vegetarian alternatives?
Please inform us up to 24 hours in advance so that we have enough time to prepare.

6. how do I register a gluten or lactose intolerance?
Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

7. can you cater for other diets and intolerances?
Unfortunately, we cannot cater for other diets and intolerances.

8. from what age can children take part in the menu?
Children are welcome to take part in our menu from the age of 14.

9. are dogs allowed in the restaurant?
Out of consideration for other guests with allergies, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.

10. is my reservation binding?
Yes, the reservation is binding.

11. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the reservation date. Cancellations for 6 or more people must be made within 6 days. If you do not show up, we will charge the 6-course menu price per person (excluding drinks).
