March 2024/February 2025

In February 2025, our Restaurant Silberstreif was newly awarded 3.5 out of a possible 5 Schlemmer Atlas cooking spoons in the Schlemmer Atlas (March 2024 3 cooking spoons). The upward arrow even shows a trend towards 4 cooking spoons.

In addition, our commitment to sustainability in gastronomy was recognized with the GreenSpoon seal. The Silberstreif restaurant fulfills the requirements of the GreenSpoon seal and has a calculated SDG sustainability score of 85%.
